This is an ode to depression, An ode to the soft sweet melody, Of a feather falling to the ground. You fell from the sky, Fell slowly and quietly, Until you finally hit the ground. And no one noticed, Or no one cared. But here now you lay, To wither another day. To wither alone, A stranger asks how you're feeling. You look to them and say, "I'm feeling okay".
